1) What forms of payment does Rigged Out accept?
Rigged Out accepts Visa, MasterCard credit cards and checks or money orders.
2) When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed.
This reserves your order directly with us. If for any reason
we discover that your item is unavailable or has been discontinued,
we will immediately notify you. If the item is unavailable
we will immediately refund your account the full amount charged.
If an item is delayed we will give you the option to keep
the charge active to reserve the item or cancel the order
for a full refund.
3) How are check and money order payments processed?
Checks or money orders will be deposited prior to order shipment to verify the funds are available. Generally, this requires 5 days. If you have provided Rigged Out with an email address, you will receive an email confirming Rigged Out has received your check or money order to be followed by an email confirming your order has shipped. Mail checks or money orders along with your order confirmation number to:

4)Is sales tax charged?
Sales tax is only charged if you live in or are shipping to
North Carolina. All North Carolina orders except Mecklenberg
county orders are charged 7% sales tax. Mecklenberg county
orders are charged 7.5% sales tax.
5) When will my order ship?
Rigged Out keeps all of the merchandise listed on our website
in stock which enables us to ship most orders within 24 to
48 hours after the order is placed. Orders placed on the weekend
will ship the following Monday.
6) When will I receive my order?
With Rigged Out’s standard shipping method you should receive
your merchandise within 7 – 10 days of order placement. Expedited
shipment options are available to reduce this time to 4 –
5 days or Next Day for an additional fee.
7) Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, if you notify us quickly enough. E-mail your cancellation
or order changes to product@rigged-out.com.
Please include your order number in your email. Changes and/or
cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing
the order, as Rigged Out’s policy is to ship within 24 - 48
hours of order receipt.
8) How can I check on the status of my order?

9) What are the shipping charges?
To provide our customers with the best value possible, our standard shipping is USPS First Class or Parcel Post. To ensure shipping & handling is as economical & accurate as possible, charges are based on total order weight. Rigged Out’s shipping & handling charges are:

Next Day air shipment is available for $20 on all orders weighing 30 ounces or less and for $30 on orders weighing between 30 and 60 ounces. Email or call for Next Day air charges on orders over 60 ounces.
10) What is Rigged Out’s return policy?
All returns except holiday purchases must be received within
30 days of purchase. Holiday purchases are defined as merchandise
purchased between October 23 and December 25. Holiday orders
will be allowed to return merchandise until January 30 of
the following year. All merchandise must be in the original
packaging with no sign of wear for a full refund. If merchandise
is opened, damaged or destroyed by the recipient, we will
charge up to a 50% restocking fee to cover the costs of the
damage. Please include the invoice or packing slip received
with the order and write the reason for the return on the
back. Please pack the merchandise securely for shipment. Credit
should appear on your credit card statement within two billing
cycles. If you paid by check or money order, Rigged Out will mail your refund check to the shipping address provided on your order upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

11) When will my rider have merchandise
available?
Rigged Out is working hard to add as many bull riders to our product line as quickly as possible. We are anxious to know who you want in our catalog. Send an email to product@rigged-out.com to inquire about specific rider additions and to voice your opinion.
